I am not sure how long this will be lasting but I think for sure it’s not going to be finished now. This people don’t afraid. Nobody have willing to improve the system and it’s not only because it is almost impossible, but because there isn’t bravery.
I am sick of this environment.

Last Year Snow was falling. It was nice and sweet snow that closed all irregularity of this city.
Nothing happening really there. Just kids falling down on peoples heads with small Chinese bombs and taxi drivers. I don’t know do they realize what they want and what they are waiting for this new year? Did they done Final Report and analysed all lessons learned logs? There is log of good willing and wishes, nice people smiling and playing but nothing happening anyway. Just like in this photos the city is in dense kissel where it’s very difficult to move or even to think. Nothing are moving and even more - there isn’t any motivation or targets.
But I think I will try to help this people to understand what they want. To help them to be organized much effective.
I would love to show them the what is aspiration and strong desire to move forward!

What else I am trying to push is Lucck Corporation. Our main target is to get something done on higher level which is recognized level of corporate development. It’s not just company development which was very easy to do, but we are trying to create company body which could develop products in different countries but being managed by us from different locations. As we are not sure where we will be in near future this structure of company will allow us to create very flexible and adoptive business model which will be setted up for situations. Right now we are going to target couple web 2.0 markets. And for sure we are going to have own projects.

Just finished my training for IT Project Management. I think there is lot of evaluations that should be here but not much that I am holding right now. But what is good with this last session is that we could starting collaboration on higher level. I have involved people from my trainings to Armenian Project Management Association and finally it started to grow. Just now we have created Google group “armenianPM” just for our communication. And that’s look like starts working.
Just now I am trying to get Corporate Identity done for APMA. And that’s very difficult.
